Book of Wisdom 7:22-30
For in her is a spirit
intelligent, holy, unique,
manifold, subtle, agile,
clear, unstained, certain,
not baneful, loving the good, keen,
unhampered, beneficent, kindly,
firm, secure, tranquil,
all-powerful, all-seeing,
and pervading all spirits, though they be intelligent, pure and very subtle.
For Wisdom is mobile beyond all motion, and she penetrates and pervades all things by reason of her purity.
For she is an aura of the might of God and a pure effusion of the glory of the Almighty; therefore nought that is sullied enters into her.
For she is the refulgence of eternal light, the spotless mirror of the power of God, the image of his goodness.
And she, who is one, can do all things, and renews everything while herself perduring;
And passing into holy souls from age to age, she produces friends of God and prophets.
For there is nought God loves, be it not one who dwells with Wisdom.
For she is fairer than the sun and surpasses every constellation of the stars. Compared to light, she takes precedence;
for that, indeed, night supplants, but wickedness prevails not over Wisdom.

Psalm 119 Edit 1

45 I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts.
49 Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.
52 l remember your ancient laws, O LORD, and I find comfort in them.
56 This has been my practice: I obey your precepts.
62 At midnight I rise to give you thanks for your righteous laws.
63 I am a friend to all who fear you, to all who follow your precepts
64 The earth is filled with your love, O LORD; teach me your decrees.
66 Teach me knowledge and good judgment, for I believe in your commands.
72 The law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.

79 May those who fear you turn to me, those who understand your statutes.
83 Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees.
89 Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.
90 Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you
established the earth, and it endures.
93 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.
97 Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long.
98 Your commands make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever with me.
99 I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes.
100 I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts.
101 I have kept my feet from every evil path so that I might obey your word.
102 I have not departed from your laws, for you yourself have taught me.
103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path.
105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.
111 Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.
112 My heart is set on
keeping your decrees to the very end.
129 Your statutes are wonderful; therefore I obey them.
135 Make your face shine upon your servant and teach me your decrees.
151 Yet you are near, O LORD, and all your commands are true.
152 Long ago I learned from your statutes that you established them to last forever.

3rd Step Prayer

God, I offer myself to Thee, to build with me, and do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will. Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of Life. May I do Thy will always!

11th Step Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace. Where there is hatred let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love; for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.

The Serenity Prayer (Long Version)

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference, living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time, accepting hardship as a pathway to peace; taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it, trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next.

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside still waters, he restores my soul, he leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Take, O God, into your hands, my entire liberty, my memory, my understanding and my will. All that I am you have given to me, and I surrender these unto you to be disposed in accord with your will. Grant your love and your grace. With these I am rich enough and desire nothing more.
